Construction begins on 토토사이트 착오이체 new office building
A ceremonial groundbreaking was held on a snowy afternoon in late October, marking the start of construction on 토토사이트 착오이체 new company headquarters in the Canterbury Commons development in Shakopee, Minn. Those present to commemorate the event included officials from Greystone Construction, the City of Shakopee, Scott County, Shakopee Chamber of Commerce, and Canterbury Park.
The Class A office building will be two stories tall and consist of 26,000 square feet of multi-tenant office space with Greystone occupying the second floor. The construction site is located immediately south of Canterbury’s horse track on a 13-acre parcel of land. In addition to 토토사이트 착오이체 headquarters, the development will feature up to five more pad-ready sites for hospitality, dining, senior residential, and retail uses.
토토사이트 착오이체 has called Shakopee home since 1987 and will continue to do so when it relocates its operations in the summer of 2021 from its current Shakopee location 1.7 miles away.
“This groundbreaking marks a significant milestone in 토토사이트 착오이체 history and emphasizes our commitment to the growth and development of Shakopee,” said Greystone CEO Kevin O’Brien. “Growth has dictated the need for this new office space. However the decision to stay here in Shakopee was based on the amenities the Canterbury development plans provide. Our goal is to build a first class corporate headquarters which will help us attract and retain the top talent in our industry. The amenities being built in the Canterbury development plan will help in providing the atmosphere we want to create for the Greystone team."
